All prices quoted in this catalogue are inclusive of VALUE ADDED TAX at 15%. Subject to alteration if V.A.T. alters.

This catalogue cancels all previous catalogues and as far as practicable all orders are dispatched in the sequence received.

IMPORTANT. Customers wishing to call for their roses are requested to give us 48 HOURS' NOTICE. We do not contact you to say the plants are ready, we ask that you get in touch with us. This saves having plants out of the ground longer than necessary. The order will then be prepared for collection but will be returned to stock if not uplifted by two weeks of the pre-arranged date.

When ordering please add a few extra names which could be used as substitutes should the original variety be sold out, or please say if no substitutes are required.
We assure all our customers that our roses are healthy and true to name on leaving our Nurseries. We undertake to replace free of charge all rose trees which fail to grow or give complete satisfaction within 12 months from date of dispatch providing that you return them to us and the full instructions in our catalogue have been followed and also that the plants have not been subject to abnormal weather conditions or other factors which are beyond our control.

We reserve the right to defer dispatch of an order if the account has not been cleared.

These terms do not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.

No charge for collected orders. If an order is split to different addresses, the charges apply to each address.

The above charges apply to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland only. For Channel Islands and other EU Countries, Carriage and Packing costs will be advised when we know the number of roses required. Due to postal restrictions Full, Half and Weeping Standard Roses cannot be included in orders to Channel Islands and other EU Countries.
