Roses - China Roses

The 'China' or 'Bengal' rose is the main agent whereby perpetual flowering roses have been evolved.  The majority make small bushes up to 90-120cm (3-4ft).  They are delicately scented and require full sun and some shelter from cold winds.  Pruning is the same as for Floribundas.

An excellent China Rose with single flowers of medium size which change colour as they mature from coppery flame, fading as they open to a paler copper then to pink and finally to pale crimson. Requires a warm, protected position.
